Overview
Where Safety Lessons Become Play
I created a variety of interactive safety puzzles and activity sheets for the Disney Safety Blog, designed around national holidays and themed moments such as National Puzzle Day and National Storytelling Day. By combining engaging puzzles with important safety lessons, the activities made safety education more approachable, memorable, and fun for a wide range of audiences.
Visual Process
National Puzzle Day
For National Puzzle Day on January 29, I created two interactive puzzle activities, a word search and a crossword, featuring key safety-related terms. The puzzles were published on the Disney Safety website as part of the National Puzzle Day blog, giving safety professionals and Cast Members a fun and engaging way to reinforce important safety concepts.

Visual Process
World Storytelling Day
For World Storytelling Day, I created an interactive storytelling cube designed to encourage Cast Members and safety professionals to create their own safety stories. Each side of the cube featured a different image or visual prompt, allowing users to roll the cube and use the combination of images to build and share a unique safety story.

Final Thoughts
Learnings
This project taught me how to turn important safety information into content that feels engaging rather than instructional. Creating different puzzles and activities around national holidays like National Puzzle Day and National Storytelling Day pushed me to think creatively about how themes, storytelling, and interactive elements could make safety lessons more memorable. I also learned how to adapt a consistent visual style across a variety of activity formats and topics.
